Deborah has been a Whitehall civil servant for over 30 years with a broad range of experience including senior public policy, strategic and diplomatic roles delivering regulatory, operational, sponsorship and transformation programmes. She has a strong track record building inclusive organisations and teams, supporting individuals to reach their potential. Deborah is also an experience Board member and campaigner with numerous access wins to her name. Deborah is registered blind and lives in London.
