Oliver is an experienced policy advisor and campaigner on clean air, transport emissions, sustainable travel and electric vehicles. He is currently leading Clean Cities Campaign in the UK; partnering with health, transport and climate NGOs to transform the way we move in cities so everyone can enjoy healthy and liveable streets. As a former city official and transport planner for the Mayor of London, Oliver led the initial development of the capital’s Ultra Low Emission Zone and policies that kickstarted the electrification of the vehicle fleet.
